The Rutland Group is an award winning, family-owned property development, investment and management company, founded by its former Chief Executive, Jim McAllister, in 1984. Following Jim’s death, the Company is now led by his son and successor, Jamie, who continues to oversee and take the business forward with the support of his siblings, David and Hugo.
